MP Converter 2011 has an interface that even the novicest of the novices can access. Besides that, the conversion goes pretty fast, so stick around the PC beacuse the file will be ready soon.

Cons:
The only thing to complain about it is the fact that the trail version only lets you to convert 50% of the file, but that's not a real downside to this program. It has no more options than it needs. The less features, the less chances to screw something up.
